摘要
为解决广泛应用于安全关键领域的嵌入式系统的可靠性分析问题,该文提出了一种基于模糊综合评估的嵌入式系统FMECA(失效模式、影响及危害性分析)方法。该方法分两步进行:首先根据嵌入式系统软硬件紧密结合的特点,对系统进行硬件FMEA(失效模式与影响分析),软件详细FMEA以及接口FMEA;然后考虑到评估系统可靠性的失效模式影响因素具有模糊性和不确定性,常规分析方法难于给出有效而准确的评估结果,因此引入模糊综合评估法进行CA(危害性分析)。随后的实验结果证明了这种方法的有效性。
To solve the embedded system reliability analysis problems which is widely used in safe - critical field, this paper puts forward a method of FMECA ( Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis) based on fuzzy evaluation for embedded system. The whole process includes two parts: firstly, based on the characteristic of embedded system, carrying out the hardware FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis), software FMEA and interface FMEA; secondly, introducing the fuzzy evaluation to the CA ( criticality analysis). At last, this paper validated the effectiveness of the method with an embedded system.
