摘要
目的:观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响,探讨眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的作用机制。方法:应用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,采用眼针治疗,于再灌注后3h、24h、72h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用化学比色法测定大鼠血清SOD、MDA含量的变化。采用ELISA方法检测血中TNF-α含量的变化。结果:与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,大鼠血清SOD含量增多,MDA含量减少,TNF-α含量减少(P<0.05)。结论:眼针具有明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与大鼠血清SOD、MDA及TNF-α变化有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the eye acupuncture therapy on the levels of serum SOD,MDA and TNF-α in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the related mechanism.Methods:To establish the rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by suture method.The serum levels of SOD and MDA were measured by the chemical colorimetry.The method of ELISA was taken to detect the change of the TNF-α levels.Results:Compared with the model group,the neurologic impairment score of the eye-acupuncture group reduced obviously;the serum levels of SOD increasaed and those of MDA and TNF-α decreased in the eye-acupuncture group(P0.05).Conclusion:The eye acupuncture therapy played a role in improving cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury evidently and the mechanism was related to the alteration of serum SOD,MDA and TNF-α levels.
