摘要
解决全球气候变暖,缓解资源环境压力,发展低碳经济是大势所趋。我国正处于经济结构调整,外贸发展方式转变的关键时期,考虑发达国家拟开征碳关税,将形成新的贸易壁垒,研究低碳经济发展与外贸增长方式转变融合推进,促进外贸发展低碳化很有必要。在分析江西外贸发展中的高碳化问题基础上,提出了低碳经济与外贸增长方式转变融合推进的策略。
To solve global warming and ease pressure on resources and environment,the development of low-carbon economy is the trend.Our country is in a critical period for restructuring economy and changing the mode of foreign trade development.Considering that the developed countries propose to introduce carbon tariffs,which will form a new trade barrier,we should promote the integration of low-carbon economic development and foreign trade growth pattern.This paper,using the method of empirical analysis,analyzes the high carbonation problem existing in Jiangxi＇s foreign trade,and then puts forward the following strategies of promoting low-carbon economy and foreign trade： strengthening government policy guidance,paying attention to the environmental costs of development of foreign trade,speeding up industrial restructuring,promoting low-carbon industry structure,optimizing the export commodity structure,accelerating the development of service trade,improving industrial efficiency and accelerating the transformation of foreign trade growth mode through technological innovation.
