低碳经济视野下的经济发展方式转变 被引量：4

摘要 低碳经济是当今世界大多数国家经济发展方式的趋向选择,也是世界经济未来发展的必然趋势。低碳经济作为一种经济发展方式,引领着我国经济发展方式的转变,是一种转变经济发展模式的创新选择,是我国经济发展方式转变新的经济增长点。为此,发展低碳经济要与经济发展方式转变战略统一起来、要与经济发展和环境保护统一起来,立足于国情,分步实施,有序推进。
