摘要
从目前项目评估存在问题及可持续发展对项目评估的要求出发 ,主要从空间层次谈了项目评估时应考虑 :项目与项目、项目与其它行业、项目与所在区域环境、项目与区域协调等几方面 ;同时探讨了加强从动态角度对项目的评估。
The problems of the evaluation of projects at present are analyzed. In view of the strategic aim of the sustainable development, the principles of the evaluations are given.. It is suggested that four factors should be considered at different spatial levels: the relation between similar projects, that between projects and other industries, the regional environment conditions, and the coordination between the projects and the regions. Dynamic evaluation through the life of the project should be developed as the Geographical Information Systems are constructed.
