大型组合机架的疲劳寿命分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对大型模锻压机机架的疲劳失效形式,在承受拉、压复合作用下,以等效应力作为裂纹寿命估算的依据,并采用有限元进行疲劳寿命数值分析。分别计算不同应力集中系数、过载荷、残余应力、表面粗糙度取值下的疲劳寿命,并进行相应的敏度分析。通过仿真分析,得到影响疲劳寿命的关键因素变化趋势,为改进疲劳寿命提供直接依据。 About the fatigue failure of the large forging press frame,a foundation of calculating crack life was proposed based on equivalent stress under the composite action of tension and pressure,and the fatigue life numerical analysis was proceeded by using finite element.The fatigue life was calculated under different values of stress concentration coefficient,overload,the residual stress and the surface roughness respectively,and the corresponding sensitivity analysis was done.Through the simulation analysis,the variation tendency of fatigue life key factors is established,which provides direct basis for the fatigue life improvement.
