摘要
目的:研究聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ的流体特性并建立了该树脂动力黏度测定方法。方法:采用马尔文Bohlin Gemini HRnano同轴圆筒式流变仪,在以温度20℃,剪切速率10 s-1条件下测定动力黏度。结果:结果表明聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ为牛顿流体,动力黏度为129.95 MPa.s,30次测定的相对偏差为0.6%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,适合用于测定聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ的动力黏度。
Objective:To study the Rheology behavior of Polyacrylic ResinⅢand establish a method to measure it's dynamic viscosity.Method:A Malvern Bohlin Gemini HRnano Concentric cylinder rheometer was used to develop the method at the Shear-Rate 10(1/s).Temperature when the test was carried out was 20 ℃.Results:Polyacrylic ResinⅢ was newtonian fluid,whose dynamic viscosity was 129.95 MPa·s(RSD=0.6%,n=30).Conclusion:The Method is convenient,accurate and reproductive for the control of the dynamic viscosity of the Polyacrylic ResinⅢ.
