摘要 虽然水溶性毒物大部可以通过肾脏清除,但在肾功能障碍或者毒物血清浓度较高时,体外清除技术表现出其重要性。常用的体外清除技术包括血液透析(HD)、血液灌流(HP)及持续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)。本综述主要讨论能被体外清除技术清除的外源性化学毒物的特点,以及各项技术的优缺点。 The kidney is able to rapidly eliminate many water -soluble xenobiotics. However, in the face of extraordinary serum concentrations of these xenobiotics or renal dysfunction, Extracorporeal removal (ECR) techniques often become necessary. These techniques include hemodialysis (HD), hemoperfusion (HP), and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Our goal in this review is to discuss the properties that make xenobiotics amenable to removal by ECR and the advantages and disadvantages of the individual techniques..
