摘要
目的分析CRRT和血液灌流在有机磷农药中毒中的治疗。方法选择我院在2014年3月至2016年12月收治的56例有机磷农药中毒患者作为本研究的研究对象,将所有患者按照随机方法划分为观察组和对照组,每组各有28例。对所有患者进行基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上选择连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)和血液灌流进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比。结果比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察组明显优于对照组,而且观察组的炎性反应强度与对照组相比更低,治疗时间与对照组相比更少,差异明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论临床上对于有机磷农药中毒的患者在进行治疗的时候,在常规治疗基础上为患者选择CRRT和血管瘤进行治疗能更好的提高患者的治疗效果,促进患者的抢救成功,具有推广使用的价值。
Objective Analysis of CRRT and hemoperfusion for the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods fifty-six patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients were treated with continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） and hemoperfusion for the treatment of the patients, and the patients in the observation group were treated with two groups of patients. Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the intensity of the inflammatory response in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the treatment time was less than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, statistical significance. Conclusion Clinically for patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the treatment, in the conventional treatment based on the choice of patients with CRRT and hemoperfusion treatment can better improve the patient＇s treatment effect, to promote the success of the patient＇s rescue, with the promotion of the use of value.
