摘要
文章分析了该系统的稳定性及产生的跟随误差。最后,简述了实现两轴联动的数字积分法-DDA直线插补算法,通过应用软件部分采用前后台系统的模式完全可以达到要求,可以针对数控系统的特点和开放性的要求来构建系统,比基于PC机的数控系统具有更好的稳定性和实时性。
The article analyzes the stability of the system and generate the following error.Finally,the outlines of the figures to achieve two-axis linear interpolation integral method-DDA algorithm,using front and back part of the application software,the system model can meet the requirements,you can for the CNC system characteristics and requirements of openness to build the system,than PC-based CNC system has better stability and real-time.
