摘要
提出了一种基于FPGA和PCI总线的运动控制卡的设计方案。介绍了系统的硬件构成,并对通过使用FPGA实现单轴高速脉冲输出、直线插补、圆弧插补的运动方式进行了详细的说明;介绍了直线插和圆弧插补的实现的流程,给出了部分代码。通过实验证明本系统精度高,运行可靠。
Based on FPGA and PCI bus,proposed design or motion controller.In this paper,introduced the system's hardware structure,and there was a detailed description about how to achieve single-axis high-speed pulse output,linear interpolation,circular interpolation by FPGA.The implementation process of linear interpolation and circular interpolation were described,and some of the code were given.Finally the experiments prove that this system has the characteristics of high precision and reliable operation.
