摘要
目的评价康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的局部疗效。方法 2009年9月至2011年4月,在广州市花都区人民医院口腔科选择复发性阿弗他溃疡患者86例,随机分成A、B两组,A组采用康复新液治疗,B组采用复发氯己定液治疗。对两组患者的平均溃疡期及疼痛指数进行观察分析。结果 A组的平均溃疡期及疼痛指数明显低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡具有良好的临床效果,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.Methods 86 cases were chosen and randomly divided into two groups.Group A was experiment group,treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Group B was control group,treated with Chlorhexidine liqud.The average ulcer and pain index were compared.Results Comparing the two groups,the average ulcer of Group Awas shoter than Group B.The pain index of Group A was lower than Group B.Significant changes were observed in statistics.Conclusion The Kangfuxin liquid has a good clinical effect on RAU,and it can be used extentively in clinic.
