摘要
[目的]研究一种治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)远期疗效较好的方法。[方法]50例RAU病例随机分为2组,治疗组用康复新液加基础治疗,对照组用已知治疗RAU药物西瓜霜喷剂加基础治疗。[结果]治疗组和对照组的近期和远期疗效差异性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]康复新液对RAU的近远期治疗效果较西瓜霜喷剂佳,可以作为临床上治疗RAU的首选药物。
[Objective] To study the treatment of recurrent ulcer （RAU） for long-term follow up good method. [Methods]50 RAU cases randomly divided into two groups, rehabilitation treatment group with new liquid based therapy, control group, drug therapy, with basic XiGuaShuang spray oral mucosa dental associations, according to the committee of the recurrent disease. For ulcer efficacy evaluation by piloting standard, it evaluates its curative effect.[Results] The treatment group and control group＇s immediate and long-term follow-up was statistically significantly different （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The immediate and long-term follow-up effect of the new liquid on RAU is much better and can be used as XiGuaShuang spray in clinical treatment of RAU.
