摘要
职业学校教师队伍建设是一个经久不衰的话题,它关系到职业教育学科的发展以及职业教育教学质量的提高。文章拟从职校教师的角度出发,从理念、制度、投入三个维度对建设职校师资队伍建设进行深度剖析和讨论,以真正实现建设一流师资队伍的长效机制。
Teachers team construction of vocational school is an enduring topic.It is related to development of the discipline of vocational education and the improvement of teaching quality.The thesis will be from the angle of the teachers＇ perspectives in vocational schools.Analysis and discussion in depth will be launched throuth the three dimensions,namely concept,system,input on building a perfect teachers team construction of vocational schools so that it can truly achieve first-class teacher team construction of the long-standing mechanism.
