摘要
随着我国经济与社会的快速发展,农民进城务工的人数呈逐年上升趋势,从而形成了一个庞大的农民工群体。伴随着农民工群体的出现,涉及农民工的诸多社会问题也随之产生。通过对辽宁部分调查基点农民工生活状况与权益保障相关问题的问卷调查及数据分析,探讨现阶段农民工生存状况与社会保障方面存在的问题及其成因,提出了政府应出台确保农民工合法权益的相关法律法规、加强有关农民工的社会信息服务系统建设等5个方面的对策建议。
With the rapid development of society and economy in China, the number of migrant workers in cities is increasing year by year. As a result, there are a large number of migrant workers. At the same time, many social problems are caused by the emergence of migrant workers. Based on the survey and data analysis of the living conditions, the rights and interests guarantee of migrant workers at some investigation points in Liaoning, this paper intended to explore the existing problems and their major causes. Besides, it tried to propose five policy suggestions such as the government should issue laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers, should strengthen building the social information service system for migrant workers, etc.
