摘要
介绍了新生代农民工权益诉求的特征,从新生代农民工权益诉求的角度分析了长三角与珠三角的"民工荒"现象,剖析背后的原因,寻求解决思路。
Characteristics of rights and interests demands of the new generation of migrant workers were introduced,moreover,the ＂labor shortage＂ of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta were studied under the rights and interests demands of the new generation of migrant workers,and the reasons behind the phenomenon were discussed to find the solutions.
