摘要
产学研合作是目前高等教育发展的趋势。分析了高校开展产学研合作的必要性以及高校教师在产学研合作中的作用,指出了目前高校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了在产学研模式下加强高校师资队伍建设的意见和建议,如建立和发展高校教师培训系统、完善高校教师考评机制、建立完备的交流平台和管理体制。
Production-learning combination was the trend of high education development. The necessity of developing production- learning combination in university and the role of university teachers in production-learning combination were analyzed, and the problems of the construction of teaching staff were pointed out. The suggestions were given about the construction of teaching staff under the mode of production-learning combination, for example, to set up and develop the system of training of university teaching staff, improve and perfect the checking and evaluating institution of university teaching staff, set up perfect interchange terrace and management system.
