摘要
观察了五唇兰小孢子发生和雄配子体的发育,结果表明,五唇兰小孢子母细胞减数分裂不完全同步,小孢子四分体有四面体型、左右对称形、交叉形和T形等多种类型,它们形成花粉小块,并由花粉小块聚集成花粉块。小孢子进行不对称有丝分裂形成1个小的生殖细胞和1个大的营养细胞。随着花粉发育,生殖细胞进入营养细胞的细胞质中,花粉成熟时为二细胞型。
The microsporogenesis and development of male gametophytes in Doritis pulcherrima was studied. The cytokinesis of pollen mother ceils conforms to incomplete simultaneous type. The microspore tetrads are tetrahedral, isobilateral, decussate, T-shaped and remain in massulae and the massulaes accumulate to pollinia. The first mitosis of the microspore is unequal and results in the formation of two unequal cells. The small one is the generative cell and the large one is the vegetative cell. With the development of oollen, the generative cell miaxates into the cytoplasm of the vegetative cell and the mature pollen grains are 2-ceUed.
