摘要
目的:比较中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效。方法:采用Review Manager 4.2分析软件,对国内4篇有关中西医结合与单纯西医治疗儿童ITP疗效的研究结果进行随机效应模型的Meta分析。结果:中西医结合治疗组治疗ITP的痊愈率与总有效率均高于单纯西医治疗组,合并Z值分别为4.44和4.59,95%可信区间分别为(1.70,3.92)和(2.01,5.70)。结论:由于文献资料的局限,还不能完全肯定中西医结合治疗儿童ITP较单纯西医治疗儿童ITP更为有效,仍需大样本的、严格设计的随机双盲对照试验来进一步验证。
Objective：To compare the effects of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine and western medicine alone in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）.Methods：The results of 4 studies assessing the effects of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine and western medicine in treatment of children with ITP were performed to random-effect model of meta-analysis by Review Manager 4.2.Results：Both recovery rate and total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine in treatment of children with acute ITP were significantly higher than those in western medicine.Pooled Z value of cure rate and total effective rate were 4.44 and 4.59,respectively,and their 95% confidence intervals（CI） were 1.70~3.92 and 2.01~5.70,respectively.Conclusions：As the limitations of the literature,not entirely sure that the effect of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine in treatment of children with ITP is better than that in western medicine,we still need a large sample,strict double-blind randomized controlled trial designed to further verification.
