摘要
目的:观察咳可合剂治疗小儿热性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将135例热性哮喘患儿随机分为2组,治疗组75例用咳可合剂治疗,对照组60例用博利康尼治疗,连服7 d。结果:2组患儿治疗后主要临床症状及体征与治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05),且喘息症状治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为90.00%,2组比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:咳可合剂治疗小儿热性哮喘与博利康尼疗效相当。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Keke Mixture to pediatric asthma. Methods： put 135 cases of febrile asthma patients randomly into 2 groups： treatment group of 75 cases were treated with Keke Mix- ture, while the control group of 60 cases were treated with Brieanyl tablet for 7 days. Results： The symptoms anti signs after treatment compared with that before treatment got obvious improvement in the 2 groups （P〈0.05） , and gasping symptoms of treatment group got better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The overall effect rate for treatment group was 86.67%, for control group was 90.00%, their difference has no statistic significance（P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effects of Keke Mixture and Brieanyl tablet are about the same to pediatric febrile asthma.
