杓会厌区滑膜肉瘤手术切除后多次复发一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，44岁，因咽喉部新生物15年反复手术3次，吞咽梗阻，呼吸困难2个月于2011年2月27日收入华西医院耳鼻咽喉科。15年前（1996年）患者因咳血、吞咽梗阻进行性加重伴呼吸网难入院，急诊行气管切开术，全麻下行颈侧切开下咽部肿瘤及部分甲状软骨切除术，术中见肿瘤大小约8cm×5cm×3cm，切面白色，有包膜，蒂部位于右侧梨状窝前壁，杓会厌区未见明显异常。
