摘要
建立了一套评价陕西省装备制造业产业技术创新能力的指标体系。利用相关数据,应用主成分分析法,对陕西省装备制造业产业技术创新能力进行定量分析;在此基础上,提出了加大研发经费投入、提高企业技术创新能力等建议,以期对促进陕西省装备制造业产业技术创新能力的提高有参考价值。
The paper establishes an index system about evaluating the technological innovation capabilities of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the relevant data and by the use of principal components analysis, the technological innovation capabilities of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province are analyzed quantitatively. Some suggestions to increase the funds of research and development, raise the technological innovation ability of enterprises, are put forward so as to provide some reference for improving technological innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing
