摘要
改革开放２０年来，珠三角镇域经济取得了举世瞩目的成就。镇域经济以劳动密集型产业为主，以个体、私营的中小企业为主体，形成了相对完善的产业链和专业市场。在知识经济条件下，镇域经济也面临产业结构升级、经济增长和可持续发展的困扰，应从改造传统产业、大力发展高新技术、提高企业技术创新能力、注重人力资源开发等方面入手加以解决。
Over the past 20 years, township economy in the Pearl River Delta has enjoyed great success, which has drawn attention from all over the world. Township economy mainly focuses on labor-concentrated industries. Most of them are individual and private enterprises. It has formed a complete industrial chain and specified market. Under the condition of knowledge economy, township economy is faced with problems of structural upgrade, sustainable development. What should be done is to reform traditional indus-tries, develop high-tech industries, promote innovation capabilities of enterprises and stress human resource development.
