摘要
目的了解综合性医院院内感染现况,为科学防控医院感染提供依据。方法采用床旁调查与查阅病历相结合的方法,对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例、社区感染病例进行统计分析。结果全院住院患者248例,实查248例,实查率100%。发生医院感染2例,医院感染现患率为0.8%,低于日常连续性调查结果。社区感染现患率为39.1%。感染部位以下呼吸道居首位,抗菌药物当天使用率为43.5%。结论医院感染现患率调查有利于发现医院感染管理工作中存在的问题,为制定医院感染监控措施提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the situation of hospital infection in general hospital,and to provide basis for the control and prevention of hospital infection.Methods By bedside survey and checking the medical records,a statistical analysis was performed on the patients of hospital infection and community-acquired infection.Results All the in-patients in the hospital（a total of 248 patients） were investigated（100%）.YWO patients（0.8%） got hospital infection,which was lower than daily continuity survey.The rate of community-acquired infection was 39.1%.Lower respiratory tract was predominant among the infectious sites.The rate of antibiotic use was 43.5%.Conclusion Investigation on the prevalence rate of infection is not only good for finding out the problems existed in hospital infection management,but also provide scientific basis for establishing corresponding measures for the surveillance and management of hospital infection.
