麻醉大鼠肠淋巴循环的研究 被引量:14

摘要 探讨肠淋巴循环的研究方法、参数及正常值,为淋巴学研究提供参考。方法:通过微循环显微电视技术,对75只大鼠进行肠系膜淋巴微循环研究,同时采用肠淋巴管插管方法对60只大鼠实施肠淋巴管插管,测定大鼠肠淋巴流量、淋巴蛋白输出量和肠淋巴管压力。结果:麻醉大鼠肠系膜淋巴管静态口径为103.89± 7.18μm,自主收缩频率为60.1± 0.22次/min,淋巴管收缩分数(IndeI)为0.56± 0.03,总收缩活性指数(In-dexⅡ)为1.77±0.09,肠淋巴流量为10.74±0.49μl/min,肠淋巴管压力为1.85± 0.17 kPa。结论:肠系膜淋巴管口径、收缩性参数及淋巴流量的测定,可用于淋巴循环的研究。 Objective: To discuss the research method, parameters and their normal values about the intestinal lymph circulation and so as to provide some refer- ences for the research of lymphology. Metghod: A study of mesenteric lymph microcirculation was done in 75 rats by a microscope video-recorder tech nique, and the same time, a cannula of intestinal lymph duct was also done in 60 rats for the determination of intestinal lymph flow, lymph protein output and lymph pram. Results: In anesthetized rats, the diameters of the first grade arteriole and venule was 22. 77 ± 0. 68 μm and 31. 79 t 0. 92 μm and these of the second grade was 15. 75 ± 0. 49 μm and 22. 84 ± 0. 88 μm, sepa- rately. The still diaxneter of mesenteric lymph vessel was 103. 89 ± 7. 18 μm, the contracted frequency was 6. 01 ± 0. 22 time. min- 1; Index I was 0. 56 ±0. 03, Index Ⅱ was 1. 77 ± 0. 09, L. D-Index was 3. 70 ± 0. 18. The in- testinal lymph flow, lymph protein output and lymph pressure was respec- tively 10. 74 ± 0. 49 μl/win, 386. 09 ± 18. 71 μg/min and 1. 85 ± 0. 17 kPa. Conclusion: The diameter of mesenteric lymph vessel, contracted parameters and intestinal lymph flow could use in the reseach of intestinal lymph circula- tion.
