摘要
实验选用恒河猴 9只 ,随机分组。采用针刺方法 ,观察不同穴位针刺对雌性恒河猴生殖内分泌的影响。结果显示 :耳穴、体穴及耳穴加体穴对雌性恒河猴月经周期前半期雌二醇 ( E2 )、睾酮 ( T)分泌均具有一定抑制性效应 ,其中对 E2 上升速度的影响以体穴组最明显 ,对 E2 峰值增值变化的影响 ,以体穴加耳穴组最明显 ,对 T的影响则以体穴加耳穴组最明显。
female rhesuses had been divided into 3 groups at random for observing the effect of acupuncture on different points to E\-2 and T secretion of menstrual cycle.The result showed that,there were the certain inhibiting actions to E\-2 and T in the first half of menstrual cycle in all three groups,ear points(G1),body points(G2)and ear points with body points(G3).Among them,the effect to E\-2 in G2 was the most obvious while that to T in G3 was the most obvious.
