摘要
病证结合观点出发 ,探讨高血压病辨病辨证治疗的思路 ,指出首先要统一病名及诊断标准和病因病机认识 ,从病入手 ,由病及证、病证并举开展高血压病的辨病辨证治疗 ,参考现代降压复方及单味药研究成果选药组方 ,达到改善和缓解临床症状、降低或恢复正常血压。
To research the thoughts of therapy on hypertension according to disease and symptom , proceeding from the viewpoint of combining disease with symptom, and the authors pointed out that we should seek unity of the name of disease、the standard of diagnosis and the cognition to pathogeny and pathogenesis in first, starting with disease, concluding symptom from disease, integrating disease and symptom to develop the therapy on hypertension according to disease and symptom, and referred to modern complex prescription on hypertension and selected drugs to make up of a prescription according to the study achievement of single drug, to reach up to improve and ease the patients of clinical symptom、decrease or recover normal blood pressure、and increase quality of living.
