摘要
功能性胃肠病为临床常见病、多发病,为近年来消化系统疾病的研究热点,属中医胃脘痛、痞满、泄泻、便秘等范畴。姜树民教授从辨病因病机入手,认为本病为脾胃虚弱为本,临床强调辨病辩证相结合,治疗尤重固本和胃,并注重心理因素在其发病中的作用。据此,姜教授临床治疗功能性胃肠病疗效显著。
Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common and frequently -occurring disease in clinical, and is a hot spot in recent researchso It is a traditional Chinese medicine epigastrlc pain, fullness, diarrhea, constipa- tion and other areas. Professor Jiang Shumin from the detailed debate on etiology and pathogenesis, and thinks that this disease is base on the weakness of spleen and Stomach, clinical stress the dialectical combination of i- dentifying diseases and treatment especially important Gubenhewei, and focus on psychological factors in its pathogenesis. Accordingly, the clinical efficacy of treatment of FIrritable Bowel Syndrome by Professor Jiang is prominent.
