摘要
目的 :了解某综合性医院抗生素使用基本情况 ,为抗生素的合理使用与管理提供科学依据。方法 :于 1997～ 1998年 4次随机抽查 2 940例住院病人的用药情况 ,并与当月病人的治愈率、医院感染率进行比较。结果 :两年来住院病人使用抗生素的种类从 30种增至 46种 ;抗生素的费用逐年大幅度增长 ,而疗效无改善。结论 :抗生素不合理应用的现象仍较普遍 。
The use of antibiotics in a general hospital was investigated to better the use of antibiotics and improve the management.2 904 randomly selected in patients were studied for use of antibiotics.Our results showed that the varieties of the antibiotics raised from 30 to 46 and the cost of antibiotics used increased substantially each year but no improved effect was observed.It is concluded that the unreasonable use of antibiotics is common and it is urgent to strengthen the control of antibiotic use in hospitals.
