摘要
[目的]分析15例T2b 期声门鳞癌的放射治疗效果 ,复习文献 ,讨论提高T2b 期声门鳞癌放疗生存率的方法。[方法]1985年至1994年江苏省肿瘤医院和常州市肿瘤医院收治T2b 期声门鳞癌15例 ,均行单纯放射治疗 ,局部5cm×6cm～5cm×7cm小野照射 ,照射剂量DT7000cGy～7500cGy,DT180cGy/次～200cGy/次 ,53天～57天。[结果]1例失访 ,随访率达93 33%。5年无瘤生存率53 34%。[结论]T2b 期声门癌的放射治疗效果较差 ,较理想的放疗方法为 :DT7000cGy左右 ,DT120cGy/次 ,一天2次(或DT>200cGy/次 ,一天1次)照射 。
