摘要
目的：研究应用非接触式ＫＴＰ（５３２ｎｍ）激光治疗早期声门型恶性肿瘤的疗效及适应证的选择。方法：选择３２例局限在声门范围内的恶性肿瘤，在支撑喉镜下暴露喉腔，应用非接触式ＫＴＰ激光切除癌肿。结果：术中无出血，术后并发症少，声带切除处３～６个月又有声带样皱襞形成。喉功能良好，随访１～４年２例复发，再行激光治疗２年以上无复发。讨论：应用非接触式ＫＴＰ激光治疗局限在声门范围内的恶性肿瘤安全可靠，损伤小，术后生存质量高，具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the
feasibility and indication of treatment on early glottic malignant neoplasms with noncontact KTP
laser. Methods: Thirtytwo cases of glottic malignant neoplasms were treated with KTP laser.
Laryngeal cavity was exposed with suspension laryngoscope and neoplasms were excised
with KTP laser. The suspicious part was excised by vaporation to enhance safe margin.
Results: Operation was safe and withont bleeding. Postoperative laryngeal function restored
perfectly and a vocal cordlike fold appeared within 3_6 months after operation. Two cases
relapsed after 14 years followup and accepted laser therapy again without relapse after the
following two years. Conclusion: Early glottic malignant neoplasms could be treated with
noncontact KTP laser. It was safe, reliable and with less injury and better living quality. We
beleived that noncontact KTP laser had a good prospect for the treatment to the patients with
laryngeal malignant neoplasms.
