摘要
用荧光法、分光光度法及EPR技术研究不同浓度La3+ ,Ce3+ ,Y3+ ,Tb3+ 对人红细胞膜自由基氧化的影响。La ,Ce在 2× 1 0 - 4~ 2×1 0 - 7mol·L- 1浓度范围内 ,有强烈抑制脂质过氧化作用 ,且与浓度正相关 ,Tb ,Y只有当浓度低于 2× 1 0 - 5mol·L- 1时有抑制作用 ,当浓度高于2× 1 0 - 5mol·L- 1时则表现出明显的促进脂质过氧化作用。
The effects of the lanthanides in various concentration on the peroxidation of “ghost” of human erythrocyte with free radicals were studied by the methods of fluorometry, spectrophotometry and EPR. It is shown that La 3+ and Ce 3+ in the range of 2×10 -4 ~2×10 -7 mol·L -1 , inhibit the t BHP mediated peroxidation significantly and the effect is correlated with the concentration of La 3+ , Ce 3+ positively. However, Tb 3+ , Y 3+ inhibit the t BHP mediated peroxidation in low concentration(<2×10 -5 mol·L -1 ), but promotes the peroxidation when the concentration is higher thna 2×10 -5 mol·L -1
