摘要
合成了 1 1种新的稀土与N ,N′ 双 [( 1 苯基 3 甲基 5 氧 4 吡唑啉基 )α 呋喃次甲基 ]乙二亚胺 (HPMαFP) 2 en配合物。元素分析及摩尔电导值表明配合物的组成为 [RE(HPMαFP) 2 en(NO3) 2 ]NO3]NO3(RE =La ,Pr,Nd ,Sm ,Eu ,Tb ,Dy ,Ho ,Er,Yb ,Y)。用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和荧光光谱对配合物进行了表征 ,证实席夫碱配体以四齿形式配位 ,RE3+ 的配位数为 8。抗菌实验表明配合物具有较强的抗菌生物活性。
Eleven novel complexes of rare earths with bis Schiff base derived from N,N′ bis[1 phenyl 3 methyl 5 oxo 4 pyrazolinyl) α furylmethylidyne] ethylenediimine((HPM α FP) 2en) were synthesized. On the basis of elemental analysis and molar conductance, the general formula of the complexes, [RE(HPM α FP) 2en(NO 3) 2]NO 3(RE=La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Y) was given. They were characterized by IR, UV visible, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and fluorescence spectrography. The results show that the bis Schiff base is quadridentate ligand and the rare earth ions exhibit coordination of eight in the complexes. The antibacterial experiments indicate that they have high antibacterial activities against S.aureus, B.subtillis, E.coli, E.carotovora, and C.flaccumfaciens.
