摘要
采用预辐射接枝法 ,在 PP无纺布上接枝 4-乙烯基吡啶 ( 4 - VP)。发现接枝率随着辐照剂量、接枝反应时间和反应温度的增加而增加。通过数值拟合的方法 ,推导出接枝率与其随接枝反应条件变化的数学表达式。结果表明由数学表达式计算出的接枝率与通过实验测得的接枝率能很好地符合。同时也计算出了接枝反应的活化能 ,并对该预辐射接枝反应的动力学进行了初步分析。
Grafting copolymerization of 4 vinyl pyridine onto PP unwoven cloth by preirradiation method was investigated. It was found that the percentage of grafting increases with increasing of preirradiation dose, reaction time and reaction temperature. The percentage of grafting as a function of above reaction conditions were expressed by derived using approximate fourmulate, and the equation can be showed as follow:P g=7.113 D· exp (-46.6/RT)·{1- exp [-3.419×10 6 t· exp (-48.4/RT)]}where R =8.314×10 -3 kJ/K·mol, D =preirradiation dose, T =reaction temperature, and t =reaction time. The results about the relation between the percentage of grafting with these reaction conditions calculated by the equations derived were consistent with respective experimental data. The activation energy of the graft reaction was calculated, and a preliminary kinetics study was made on the preirradiation grafting.
