摘要
在氮气氛围中,采用低能电子束预辐射接枝法,在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜上接枝对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),研究了SSS浓度、辐射剂量和接枝时间与接枝率的关系,并得到最佳接枝条件:SSS浓度为0.8mol/L、辐射剂量为60kGy、接枝时间为18h。IR结果表明,LDPE膜表面已接上SSS。拉伸测试及TGA、DSC分析结果表明,相比于空白LDPE膜,接枝膜可保持较好的力学性能和热性能。
The functional study of common plastics has been widespread concerned. In this paper,LDPE membrane was grafted with sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS) using low energy electron beam pre-irradiation under nitrogen atmosphere. The relationships of grafting ratio and grafting conditions such as SSS concentration,irradiation dose,reaction time,were inverstigated and the optimal grafting conditions: SSS concentration of 0.8 mol/L,irradiation dose of 60 kGy,grafting time of 18 hours. Infrared spectra(IR) indicates that SSS is grafted onto LDPE successfully. The results of tensile measurement,thermogravimetric anslysis(TGA) and differential scanning calormetry(DSC) show that the grafted LDPE membrane can retain excellent mechanical properties and thermal performance compared to the non-grafted LDPE membrane.
