摘要
以二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺 ( BMI)为基础 ,用液态的烯丙基甲酚 ( AC)和二烯丙基双酚 A( DABPA,DA)或二者的混合物 ,并配少量扩链剂 ( A)作为共聚单体 ,对 BMI增韧改性。对 BMI/AC/DA/A(体系 )和 BMI/AC/A(体系 )的研究表明 ,经熔融和溶液预聚合的各改性树脂具有良好的均相稳定性、工艺性和反应性 ;固化树脂具有优异的耐热性和耐冲击性 ,可在 2 0 0℃长期使用。用体系 为基体树脂测试了其复合材料的性能。
The prepolymers, cure reactions and thermal properties of BMI resins modified by small amounts of chain extender(A) and large amounts of diallylbisphenol A(DA) and/or allylmethylphenol(AC) were studied in the present paper. The results showed that the prepolymers exhibited good homogeneous stability, processability and reactivity. The cured resins had excellent thermal stability and impact strength and were suitable for long term use at 200 ℃.
