摘要
设计并制备了一种先进复合材料用新型高性能RTM树脂基体,它以二烯丙基双酚A(BA)改性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为基本组成,采用经γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)水解而成的超支化聚硅氧烷(HBPSi)为活性稀释剂。系统探讨了树脂的工艺性能和固化物的耐热性和韧性。研究结果表明,HBPSi的加入不仅可以有效降低改性BMI树脂的粘度,而且可以提高固化物的耐热性和韧性。
A new kind of high performance matrices for advanced composites via RTM technique was developed,which was made up of diallyl bisphenol A modified bismaleimide resin and hyperbranched polysiloxane(HBPSi),and coded as BMI/BA/HBPSi.The effect of HBPSi content on the processing characteristics,thermal properties and toughness of BMI/BA/HBPSi system was investigated systematically.Results show that the incorporation of HBPSi could not only reduce the viscosity of BMI/BA,but also improve the impact strength and heat resistance.
