摘要
对芳香性聚酰亚胺及其 L angmuir- Blodgett膜的光电导性研究作了总结 ,讨论了分子链结构、取向、掺杂等因素对其光电导性的影响和电荷转移络合物光电导机理。结果表明 ,给电子基团的引入有利于分子链间电荷转移络合物的形成 ,从而提高其光敏性 ;大分子链的紧密堆积和高度有序的排列、取向 ,有利于光生载流子的定向传输和光电导性能的提高。
Aromatic polyimide based materials have being investigated widely because of their versatile properties including their photoconductivities. It is proved that the photoconductivities of the polyimides origin from the charge transfer complexes(CTCs) formed among the adjacent polyimide molecules in polymer bulk. When electron donors are doped into the polymer matrices or incorporated into the main chains of polyimides, the photoconductivty of aromatic polyimides improves greatly. At the same time, the CTCs formed and the charge carriers transfer easily in the polyimides with ordered aggregatn structure, and in result excellent photoconductive properties result. The infuences of molecular chain structure, charge transfer complexes, chain orientaton, and doping on the photoconductive properties of the polyimides were describd extensively.
