摘要
简介了综合性能优异,用途广泛的聚酰亚胺树脂的合成方法及其薄膜的制造工艺过程。综述了感光性聚酰亚胺的用途和国内外研发动态。介绍了聚酰亚胺及其薄膜在液晶显示及电子成像中的应用和研发动态。阐明了坚持以企业为主体的产、学、研相结合的科研路线,对我国现代影像技术发展的重要意义。
The polyimide resin having comprehensive performance,and its synthesis methods,and their film manufacture process were brief presented in this paper.The use and development of sensitive polyimide domestic and oversea were introduced.The application and development of polyimide and their film in LCD display and electronic imaging were presented.The upholding to scientific research line of integrating enterprise with university and scientific research institution have great significance for development of image technology.
