摘要
选用银作催化剂,用化学镀的方法制备铜镍复合镀金属化涤纶织物,并用扫描电镜、光电子能谱仪等分析了镀层结构,探讨了施镀条件对镀层的影响.结果表明,用银可以替代钯作催化剂,制得具有良好导电性、耐磨性、耐洗性及电磁波屏蔽性的铜镍复合镀的金属化涤纶织物.
Research copper-nickel complex layers deposited on polyester(PET) fabric by an electroless plating selecting and using argentine as catalyzer, with sweep electron microscope (SEM) and X - photoelectron energy spectrum (XPS). It indicates that the metallized PET fabric with excellent electric conductivity,electromagnetic interference shielding capacity, good wearability and washability can be made by replacing palladium with argentine.
