3种胰岛素治疗方案对糖尿病合并肺部感染的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较3种胰岛素治疗方案对糖尿病合并肺部感染的治疗效果。方法采用随机分组法将65例糖尿病合并肺部感染患者分为3组。除基础治疗外,A组给予诺和灵30R皮下注射,B组采用诺和灵R胰岛素泵持续皮下注射,C组采用诺和灵R多次皮下注射。观察其临床疗效、血糖波动指标变化和低血糖发生率。结果 A组和B组在血糖控制、肺部感染治愈率和住院天数方面优于C组(P<0.05),A组效果最好,在低血糖发生率及肺部感染治愈率方面优于B组(P<0.05)。结论诺和灵30R和胰岛素泵都有利于糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的血糖控制及提高疗效,其中诺和灵30R更能有效控制血糖,提高感染治愈率。 Objective To compare the effects of three kinds of insulin treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods 65 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary infection were devided into three groups randomly.Based on fundamental treatment,group A were given hypodermic injection with Novolin 30R,group B were given continuous hypodermic injection with Novolin and insulin pump,group C were given hypodermic injection repeatedly with Novolin R.The clinical effect,blood glucose variability and the incidence of hypoglycemia were observed. Results The effects in groups A and B were better than that in group C in glycemic controlling,curative ratio of pulmonary infection and the duration of hospitalisation(P0.05),group A of the best effect both in the incidence of hypoglycemia and the curative ratio of pulmonary infection compared with group B(P0.05). Conclusion Both Novolin 30 R and insulin pump were favorable to the treatment of diabetes complicated with pulmonary infection in glycemic controlling and curative ratio of pulmonary infection,Novolin 30 R is more effective.
