摘要
目的探讨雷贝拉唑、马来酸曲美布汀对胃食管反流病(GERD)患者十二指肠胃反流(DGR)的影响。方法采用彩色多普勒超声检测GERD患者DGR情况,比较用药前后GERD患者DGR变化情况。结果雷贝拉唑和雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀对GERD患者DGR均有明显改善(P<0.05),雷贝拉唑与雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀之间DGR变化不明显。结论雷贝拉唑对GERD患者DGR有改善作用,加用马来酸曲美布汀不能使作用加强。
Objective To investigate the effect of rabeprazole and trimebutine maleate on the duodenogastric reflux（DGR） of gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD） patients. Methods Color doppler ultrasound was used to test the DGR of GERD patients and the DGR of GERD patients before and after treatment were compared. Results The effect of rabeprazole and the joint effects of rabeprazole and trimebutine maleate on DGR of GERD patients were significantly improved（P0.05）,but the comparison between the effect of rabeprazole and the joint effects of rabeprazole and trimebutine maleate were not changed significantly. Conclusion Rabeprazole is helpful to DGR of GERD patients,the effects are not enhanced when trimebutine maleate added.
