摘要
针对目前我国中小型橡胶轮胎厂因自动化程度不高而存在的不足 ,提出采用集散控制系统对橡胶轮胎硫化机进行技术改造。该集散控制系统采用3层网络体系结构 ,具有生产管理与加工控制功能。采用该系统不仅提高了轮胎的加工质量 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度 。
Based on various disadvantages of small and medium scaled rubber tire factories because of low automation degree,a plan of technique reforming on vulcanizer with centralized-distributed control system was proposed.This control system adopted three levels network construction, and integrates with production management and control functions. Applying this system could not only improve the quality of rubber tires,but also reduce labor intensity,and make manager department acquaint production situation of workshop in time.
