摘要
针对我国中小型橡胶轮胎厂自动化程度不高而存在的不足 ,采有 Delphi软件实现了上位机对多台硫化机的监控 ,并给出了该系统的通信协议和软、硬件构成。此监控系统在生产中得到了较好的应用 。
In order to improve the productivity and product quality for small and medium scaled rubber tire factories,the control and monitoring system based on host computer running with Delphi software was proposed.The communication protocal and hardware components were applied to the production process control.It was shown that the quality of the tyre was assured by using the new system.
