摘要
阐述了汽车总装车间规划过程中的工艺开发重点内容,结合工艺标准流程设计工艺布局,制定合适的模块化水平,评定设备节拍能力确定其自动化程度,达成生产线柔性化要求,设计工位工艺时,要考虑人机工程、共用工装、共用件、防错,达成制造效率、装配品质和安全生产要求等因素。
This paper describes the process development focus in planning process of the automotive assembly plant.According to the standard process flow layout,design process flow layout;develop an appropriate level of modularity;evaluate equipment ability to determine its degree of automation,so as to achieve flexible production lines.During the station process designing,consider ergonomics,common tooling,and common parts,error-proofing to reach manufacturing efficiency,assembly quality and safety.
