摘要
机电设备的自动控制系统,是以可编程控制器为核心的自动控制系统,为提高系统的可靠性和容错能力,在硬件设计的基础上,通过梯形图软件的设计,实现了对系统故障的自动检测与处理。介绍了该系统实现仪器功能自检、故障动态检测、故障处理功能的基本思想与方法。
