摘要
针对大型电力变压器系统的油温恒定需求,分析系统油液温度变化的滞后特性,提出将PLC技术、变频技术与智能优化技术结合应用于电力变压器的油温控制,设计电力变压器油温的智能控制及监测系统。对硬件及软件系统分模块进行详细的构架,通过以变压器负荷电流、顶层油温温差作为输入量的模糊控制策略进行智能控制。系统以西门子WinCC V6.2组态软件作为上位机软件开发平台,西门子S7-200系列PLC作为下位机,OPC总线作为通信标准,该系统在华北某变电站进行了试运行,满足了变电站的实际运行需要,为实现一个变电站的综合自动化系统奠定了良好的基础。
A temperature control system of large power transformer was proposed to retain the constant oil tempera- ture, and the characteristicsof large time delay was analyzed. With the combination of PLC technology with frequency conversion technology and intelligent parameters optimization, the intelligent control and monitoring systems for power transformer oil temperature were presented. The various divided modules of hardware and software systems were con- structed respectively, the top oil temperature of power transformer and current load were used as the input parameters of fuzzy control strategy for intelligent optimization. The paper designs intelligent control and monitoring systems for power transformer oil temperature, which makes use of Siemens WinCC V6.2 as development software of the host computer, Siemens S7-200 PLC as the lower computer, OPC as the communication standard. Trial operation of the sys- tem meet the basic needs of a transformer substation in North China, which has laid a good foundation to achieve a substation 's integrated automation system,and can be widely used in supervising system of transformer cooling.
