青春期女性异常子宫出血54例分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析妇科门诊青春期女性异常子宫出血的发病原因以及及时诊断、正确治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析1年来青春期异常子宫出血患者治疗方法以及预后。结果青春期异常子宫出血患者预后以及原发疾病密切相关,需密切结合病史、完善检察,准确诊断及时治疗。结论青春期异常子宫出血中青春期功能失调性子宫出血仍是最常见原因,但药物所致异常子宫出血及妊娠相关等其他疾病也在很大程度上威胁着青春期女性健康。
