摘要
目的比较NovaSure子宫内膜切除术与子宫内膜电切术治疗异常子宫出血患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年9月我院收治的异常子宫出血患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用NovaSure子宫内膜切除术,而对照组则采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术。观察两组的有效率及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者的有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后腹痛、发热的发生率低于对照组,两组并发症的总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NovaSure子宫内膜切除术和子宫内膜电切术治疗异常子宫出血均具有一定的效果,但前者的并发症发生率更低,更具安全性,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Nova Sure endometrial resection and transcervical resection of endometrium in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in our hospital from December 2015 to September 2016 was selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given the Nova Sure endometrial resection,while the control group was given the transcervical resection of endometrium under hysteroscope.The efficient and incidence of postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results The efficient in the two groups had no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）;the incidence of abdominal pain,fever postoperative of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both the Nova Sure endometrial ablation and ranscervical resection of endometrium for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding have certain effect,but the Nova Sure endometrial resection with lower incidence of complications and more safety,so it is worthy of clinical application.
