摘要
介绍武钢5号高炉在焦炭质量变差的情况下,采取多项有效措施来提高高炉煤气利用率,包括改善炉料质量、采取上下部调节相结合、提高高炉操作和管理水平的综合调整等。采取这些措施后,5号高炉煤气利用率提高了1%。
The present paper introduces a few effective measures adopted in WISCO involving optimization of the quality of furnace burden and improvement in the level of BF operation and management such as combination of furnace top adjustment with the bottom adjustment.By adoption of those measurements the utilization rate of No.5 BF gas rises by 1 %.
